Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because every item we sell is secondhand and one of a kind, please read this policy before ordering.
Return Window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with any original tags still attached.
How to Start a Return
Email returns@popularthriftstore.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within two business days with return instructions and an address. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was significantly different from its listing description. In those cases we cover return shipping and issue a full refund including original shipping.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on standard returns.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within five business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional five to ten days to appear on your statement.
A Note on Secondhand Condition
Every item we sell has been previously owned. We photograph each piece in detail and describe any flaws we find, including wear, marks, repairs, and measurements. Normal signs of age and use consistent with our listing photos and description are not grounds for a return.
If an item arrives with damage we failed to disclose, contact us and we will make it right.
Exchanges
Because our inventory is one of a kind, we cannot offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Final Sale
Items marked "Final Sale" in the listing title or description cannot be returned.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within seven days with photos of the item and packaging so we can file a carrier claim and refund or replace it.
